X-Mas 1976

Here is a layout using photos from when my cousins and myself where just little tots.  I love looking at these old photos.  I don't get to see pictures of me to often so this was a real treat.

I used the sketch from Sketch~N~Scraps January New Beginnings Facebook event.

Here is my finished layout.  This is the second to last page for my mom's album (which she received on Christmas). Hard to believe I'm almost done with it.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!!  Welcome to another wonderful sketch challenge from Sketch~N~Scrap! I can't believe it's already 2018.  Where did the time go?

Here is January 1st sketch challenge

Here is what I came up with.  This is one of the last pages I created for my mom's album (she got it on Christmas).

Happy

Such a fun time finding old photos of my Grandpa with my mom and her siblings.  They even have my dad and a few other added in!

I used the sketch from Sketch~N~Scrap on my layout. These sketches have really helped me get this album put together fast and easy.

Here is the sketch...

Here is my finished layout.  I tried to keep it somewhat masculine.  Hoping I pulled it off.

Sparkle

Good morning and welcome to another card sketch challenge from Sketch~N~Scrap.  I have some new stamps and paper to play with and couldn't wait to use it on this sketch. Unicorns are one of my favorite things and I'm loving this stampset!

This is the sketch...

And here is the card I came up with...

I used a bit of stickles on the horn and below the sentiment to add a little "sparkle" to the card.

Summer Memories

I'm enjoying some much needed scrapping time.  Since starting my new job, with weekends off, I find that my creative mojo has finally come back.  And with a little help from this awesome sketch challenge at Let's Get Sketchy I'm one page closer to finishing this album!

Here is the sketch

And her is my layout.  You can see it's sister HERE

I have been working on an heritage album for my mom for Christmas and I'm almost complete! I can't believe how fast its been going together.  These wonderful sketch challenges I've been doing have really made a big difference.  The pages just go together so quick and easy.

I used the sketch form Sketches In Thyme to create the layout below.

Laugh

Here is another layout for my mom's Christmas album.  I'm having such a good time working on this.  The only hard thing is coming up with different ways to use embellishments so each page doesn't have the same stuff.

I chose a sketch challenge from GrandDiva's Creative Corner for this layout.  It was a lot of fun and the layout came together quite nicely.

Here is my finished layout.  I used a die to create the title and after I cut it I had to do a internet search because it just didn't look right lol.  It's spelled correctly though.
